Returns policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 In accordance with current legislation, food products are subject to strict safety and hygiene standards. To guarantee the quality and safety of our food products, Premium Sense does not allow returns or exchanges of food products, except in the case of defective products or products that do not comply with your order.

1.2. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Premium Sense of his decision to withdraw by a clear and unambiguous statement.

2. Return conditions

2.1. Products must be returned in their original condition, with their original packaging, labels and accessories if any, and in perfect condition for resale. Premium Sense reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

2.2. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in case of defective product or non-conformity with the order.

3. Returns procedure

3.1. The Customer must inform Premium Sense of his intention to return a product within the withdrawal period mentioned above.

3.2. Premium Sense will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions to make the return, including the return address and relevant information.

3.3. The Customer must return the product within 7 days from the notification of his decision to withdraw.

4. Reimbursement

4.1. Premium Sense undertakes to refund the total amount paid by the Customer (including standard delivery charges) within 30 days of receipt of the returned products, subject to their compliance with the return conditions set out above.

4.2. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as that used by the Customer at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1. If a product is received damaged or defective, the Customer must inform Premium Sense as soon as possible. Premium Sense will pay for the return shipping costs and arrange a refund or replacement of the product, according to the Customer's preference.
