General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") govern the sale of products by Premium Sense (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") to its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"). Any order placed with the Seller implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. Description of the Products: The Seller undertakes to give a precise description of the products offered for sale, including their description, characteristics, prices and availability.
2.2 Ordering: The Customer may place an order via the Seller's website or any other authorised means of communication. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order.
2.3. Prices: Product prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Delivery costs are specified when the order is placed.
3. Payment
Payment for products is made online when the order is placed. The Seller accepts the following methods of payment: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by invoice.
4. Delivery
4.1. Place of Delivery: Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of ordering.
4.2. Delivery times: The Seller endeavours to respect the delivery times indicated when the order is placed, but cannot guarantee their accuracy. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal. For more information on how to exercise this right, please consult our returns policy.
6. Guarantee
The products are not covered by any legal warranty. For more details on the guarantee, please refer to our guarantee policy.
7. Liability
The Seller accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
8. Protection of Personal Data
The Customer's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Customers may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data by contacting us.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The Swiss courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these GTC.
